What you can expect

• Expansion, support and monitoring of our online/social media channels: Website, LinkedIn profiles, Twitter/X

• Preparation and enhancement of marketing documents in PowerPoint, Word and InDesign
• Web content management with HubSpot
• Support for video marketing, webinars and physical events (trade shows and exhibitions)
• Administrative and organizational support of the Head of Marketing
• Other tasks as needed

What you should bring with you

• Successfully completed basic business education with further education in marketing and/or bachelor in marketing
• High affinity for digital channels, new technologies and platforms or willingness to acquire this knowledge
• First relevant work experience in a marketing function preferred
• Interest in IT-specific topics, especially IT security
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, experience with Adobe Acrobat (InDesign, Photoshop), HubSpot and social media tools an advantage    
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
