Sales Manager DACH, 100%

Are you a dedicated and motivated salesperson with experience in the IT security industry (preferably in the encryption area) and looking for a new challenge? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for you as our new Sales Manager DACH to develop and close deals in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Together with our international sales team, you will have the possibility to work on complex projects in the DACH region and discover the diversity of the IT security market.

What you can expect

  • Drive Growth in territory in a direct and channel driven approach by developing and following up leads, develop/fine tune route to market (Channel partners like SI’s, VAR’s and Distributors)- Manage the sales process through to closing
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other stake holders to prepare account strategies and plans
  • Building a pipeline to meet the objectives set at the beginning of a fiscal year. Ensure leads and opportunities are tracked within  CRM tool
    (Forecast pipeline accuracy is essential)
  • Develop regional market- and solution oriented sales strategies
  • Day to day management of customers, prospects and partners and coordination of their communication with Securosys


What you should bring with you

  • BS/BA or equivalent industry experience
  • Good understanding of IT Security landscape
  • Sales experience in closing deals in the IT security Enterprise market are a must
  • Proven ability to sell to large and international organizations
  • Passion for sales and winning new business    
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills among a variety of audiences
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivation and well organized working skills
