Securosys' new support portal will be live on 01 September 2022. The new system offers Securosys customers better and faster support for ticket requests. Different ticket cases can be solved automatically and within a short time. In addition, the new portal enables a modern and simple user interface. Also, a more comprehensive knowledge base with FAQ articles will be available from 01 September to answer customers' open questions without much effort.
Securosys old support portal will be shut down on 01 September 2022. Users are requested not to access the new support system before the go-live date. Go-Live New Support Portal: September 1, 2022, CET 07:00 a.m. If you have registered as a support user via the registration link, your account is already pre-configured, and you can access the new support system immediately.
The new support portal will be available at https://support.securosys.com.
