CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker)

A growing number of applications are coming from the cloud. Companies must retain control of their data and protect, log, and track access to it.

This is where Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASBs) can help. They act as a watchdog between the cloud user and the cloud provider, enforce their security policies, and encrypt the content in the cloud. In combination with Securosys CloudHSM, the security function of CASBs increases as the keys used to encrypt data going to the cloud are now stored securely in the CloudHSM. This gives cloud users control over their authentication information and encryption keys.
